Beverly Miller

Beverly Gene Miller, age 90, of Union City passed away Friday, Dec. 12, 2025, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Funeral services will be at White-Ranson Funeral Home Saturday, Dec. 20, 2025, at noon, with Brother Eddie Mallonee officiating. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery. Visitation will begin Saturday at 10 a.m. and run until the time of service at the funeral home.
Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
Mrs. Miller was born in Martin on March 6, 1935, to the late Leroy and Mary Platt Arnn. She married the love of her life, Mr. Bobbie Ray Miller, in October 1955. She worked as a Receptionist for Dr. Paul Mayhew’s Dental Office and then as a Customer Service Representative for CBK. Mrs. Miller was a faithful member of Community Bible Church in Union City. She loved the Lord deeply and was strong in her faith. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them. She was a beautiful person inside and out. She enjoyed baking, playing cards, watching hallmark movies, listening to music and loved that her grandkids called her “Neenee.”
She is survived by her two daughters, Teri Merritt (spouse, Don) and Hope McWhorter, all of Smyrna; her granddaughter, Jade McWhorter Morris (spouse, Jacob) of Golden, Colo.; and her sister, Jackie Kemp (spouse, George) of Union City.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her husband, Bobbie Ray Miller; and her grandson, Christopher Joel McWhorter.
