He was the father of David Workman of Fulton and a retired employee of the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in Union City. Graveside services were set for 2 p.m. today in Pleasant View Memorial Gardens in Fulton, with Hornbeak Funeral Home in Fulton in charge of arrangements.

Charles Ailian Vowell, Jr., age 70, of Martin died Tuesday, May 26, 2015, at Jackson-Madison County Hospital. Funeral Service will be held at noon Friday at First Baptist Church in Martin.

Nancy Priestley Atnip, 83, passed away peacefully at her home. Services will be held Sunday afternoon at Williams Funeral Home in Greenfield at 2 p.m.

Denver Carnes, 61, of Greenfield, died Sunday, May 24, 2015 at Volunteer Community Hospital in Martin. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Williams Funeral Home of Greenfield.

Arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by White-Ranson Funeral Home.
