Services will be noon Saturday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with the Rev. David Brown officiating. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends 10 a.m.-noon Saturday at the funeral home. Her grandsons and great-grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
She was born Feb. 22, 1918, in Dorena, Mo., daughter of the late Jack and Lela (Tubbs) Hinshaw. She had been preceded in death by two husbands.
She had been employed by Stanley Home Products and was a member of Martin First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Caroline C. (Mooney) May of Destin, Fla.; her daughter-in-law, Jean Davidson of Union City; four grandchildren and their spouses, Benita Barthel of New Orleans, Chris and Mary Ann Darnell of Benton, Ky., Starla Staley of Milan and Patrick J. and Patricia May of Destin; and seven great-grandchildren, Britney Barthel of New Orleans and Michael Barthel of Baton Rouge, La., Mallory Staley and Sarah Staley, both of Milan, and Conner May, Cameron May and Christian May, all of Destin.
In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by her son, Shelby G. Darnell; and her son-in-law, Kieran J. May.
