WHAT A SIGHT TO SEE
WHAT A SIGHT TO SEE — Sponge (Cameryn Clark, left) and Spiker (Karen Saldaña, right), aunts of James (Phoebe Coleman, not pictured) in Masquerade Theatre’s production of Roald Dahl’s “James and the Giant Peach,” try to relax as they escape to New York City aboard a cruise ship after taking money from people wanting to see and interview them about their giant peach — a peach which rolled away with their nephew in tow. Their relaxation time is interrupted though when Ladahlord (Landon McAdams) sees an unusual object — the peach — floating in the ocean. Area residents can see where the adventure takes them this Friday through Sunday and March 12-15. Thursday through Saturday performances start at 7 p.m. and Sunday performances are at 2 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for students ages 5-17 and $5 for children ages 4 and younger. They may be purchased at The Tiny Baker in downtown Union City or online at https://ticketpeak.co/ucmasqueradetheatre/events. Standard ticketing and card fees apply when purchased online. Any remaining tickets will be available at the theater prior to the start of the shows.
