Elizabeth Ann Smith
Ms. Elizabeth Ann “Boo” Smith, 71, of Woodland Mills passed away 12:24 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2026, at her home.
Funeral services were conducted 1 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Billy Craddock officiated. Burial followed in Mt. Manuel Cemetery.
Visitation was held at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the hour of services Friday.
Pallbearers were Carter Smith, Landan Caksackkar, Ricky Richards, Ben Wilkens, Jeff Wilkens and Stevie Bratton.
Honorary pallbearers were her grandchildren.
Elizabeth Ann was born April 8, 1955, in Union City, daughter of the late Charles Benjamin and Hazel (McQueen) Carter. She was a homemaker and member of Walnut Log Baptist Church. She loved her family dearly and listening to music.
She is survived by two daughters, Samatha Smith of Woodland Mills and Chasity Warner (Jared) of Hickman, Ky.; five grandchildren, Carter Drake Smith of Martin, Avery Grace Smith of Union City, Landan Cain Caksackkar of the United Kingdom, Brayden Warner of Hickman, Ky., and Greyson Warner of Hickman, Ky.; and three great-grandchildren, Luka, Elizabeth and Mireya.
She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Brenda Wilkins, Doris Carter and Sue Parnell; and three brothers, Ted Carter, Joe Carter and Jerry Carter.
