Franklin Montgomery

Franklin D. Montgomery, 70, of Bradford, died Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2015 at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital in Jackson. A memorial services was held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Griffin Chapel in Bradford.
