COLORFUL CREATION — Mady Small (front), 10-year-old daughter of Adrienne Small and Shernarda Hopkins, both of Union City, and Isaiah Shannon, 7-year-old son of Robert and Sarah Shannon of Sharon, used an array of spray colors to create a unique T-shirt at the Obion County Fall Fest Family Day event held at the Obion County Public Library on Saturday. The T-shirts were provided to children free of charge thanks to the Friends of the Obion County Public Library. Other events included chalk art, pumpkin painting, rub-on tattoos, cake walks and auction, petting zoo, games and a magic show.
