STAYING COOL — Twin brothers Christian (left) and Cole Rotgers, 6-year-old sons of Jazmine and Tyler Rotgers of Troy, enjoyed cold sno cones at the Independence Day celebration at Indian Park in Obion on Friday night. The event, which included cake walks, live music and fireworks, was sponsored by the Obion Community Club.
