Marcy Morris
Marcy Marie Morris, age 57, of Union City passed away Friday, Dec. 22, 2023, surrounded by her family.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Mrs. Morris was born on Union City on Sept. 10, 1966, to William Samuel Morris and Peggy Lorine Harris Morrison. She married Mr. Jimmy Ray Morris on Nov. 27, 2017. He preceded her in death on Sept. 26, 2020.
She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Morris is survived by two daughters, Tessa Martinez and Elizabeth Carter, both of Union City; one son, Nathan Smith of Crutchfield, Ky.; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild; her brother, Sammy Morris of Rives; her sister, Kathy Beavis of Dyersburg; and her mother, Peggy Morrison.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Morris; her father, William Morris; and one daughter, Samantha Smith.
