April Simmons
April DeAnne Church Simmons, age 37, of Obion passed away Friday, Oct. 6, 2023, at her home.
Visitation was 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, 2023, at White-Mahon Funeral Home in Troy.
April was born in Union City on April 7, 1986, to Gary Wayne Church Sr. and Sandra Willcutt Daily. She was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, April is survived by two sons, Gavin Lee Simmons and Hunter Gage Simmons, both of Obion; two daughters, Raylen Alyse Bryant and Brooklyn Jade Bryant, both of Troy; her brother, Gary Wayne Church Jr., and his wife, Ravenlynn, of Hornbeak; her stepfather, Chuck Dailey of Troy; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Destiny Simmons.
