Shannon Frazier-Norton
Shannon Renee Frazier-Norton, age 54, of Union City passed away Saturday, Aug. 5, 2023, at her home.
White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements.
Shannon was born on Aug. 7, 1968, in Dyersburg to James and Nancy O’Connor Frazier. She worked for Titan Tire.
She is survived by her mother, Nancy Frazier; two daughters, Christen Frazier (Cody Otts) and Brittney Turnbow (Chris), all of Union City; three grandchildren, Sofie Otts and Kylie and Khloe Turnbow; her sister, Jenny Lucy (Craig) of Union City; and her nephew, Hunter Lucy of Union City.
Shannon was preceded in death by her father, James Frazier.
