Gabriel Burke

Gabriel Michael Burke, 5 months old, went home to be with Jesus at 6:02 p.m. Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital in Memphis.
Funeral services were conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Melvin Poe officiated. Burial followed in East View Cemetery.
Kacey Warthman served as pallbearer.
Visitation was held at the funeral home from noon until the hour of services Tuesday.
Gabriel was born Dec. 11, 2022, in Union City, son of Alan Burke and Cameron Sims, both of Union City.
He is also survived by his grandparents, Whitney Webb of Troy, Amanda Wilson and Amanda White, both of Union City, and Christoper Sims of Harrison, Ark.; his great-grandparents, John “Toot-Toot” Webb and Georgilyn Wilson, both of Union City; and several aunts and uncles.
He was also preceded in death by his grandfather, Michael Burke; and his great-grandmother, Terretta “Grandmama” Webb.
