Martha Helen Slayton, 83, of Union City died April 13, 2023, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
Services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday at Brown Chapel AME Church in Union City. Interment will follow in Eastview Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday at the church.
Rawls Funeral Home in Union City is in charge of arrangements.
