Willodean Hartley

Willodean Scott Hartley, age 86, of Union City passed away Sunday, March 26, 2023.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. today, March 29, 2023, in Obion County Memorial Gardens, with Elder Gary Wallace officiating.
Family and friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.
White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Hartley was born in Waverly on Nov. 6, 1936, to the late Will Scott and the late Elizabeth Pruett Scott. She married Vernon Miles Hartley on Sept. 19, 1954. He preceded her in death on May 7, 2013. She worked for 18 years as a floor supervisor for Salant and Salant and then for Obion County Distribution Center.
She is survived by her daughter, Carol Conway and her husband, Larry, of Paducah, Ky.; two sons, Garry Hartley and his wife, Tracy, of Union City and Allen Hartley and Brenda Myers of Tampa, Fla.; four grandchildren, Cory Hartley and his wife, Toi, of Hope Sound, Fla., Ashley Hartley of Union City, Kyle Conway and his wife, Hillary, of Hanson, Ky., and Ryan Hartley of Nashville; and seven great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Hartley was a devoted member of Harmony Primitive Baptist Church. She was an avid gardener, cook and homemaker and had a passion for helping neighbors, friends and family.
