William “Gary” Stem, 70, of South Fulton died Feb. 11, 2023 at Baptist Health of Paducah, Ky.
Memorial services will be held at Walnut Grove Church in South Fulton on Sunday at 3 p.m. Visitation will be held at the church from 1 p.m. Sunday until the hour of service.
Hornbeak Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
