Susi Thomas

Susi Reagor Thomas, 73, of Newbern died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2023, at West Tennessee Healthcare-Dyersburg Hospital in Dyersburg.
Born Friday, Aug. 26, 1949, in Sheboygan, Wis., she was the daughter of the late Leo Koss and the late Virginia Ziegler Koss. Mrs. Thomas was a former employee of Forcum Lannom Associates in Dyersburg. The times that Mrs. Thomas enjoyed the most were those spent with her family, especially being with her grandchildren and watching them in their many activities.
A Celebration of Life service for Mrs. Thomas was held at 7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 13, 2023, in the Chapel of Johnson-Williams Funeral Home. Officiating this service was Pastor Tony Keeton. Visitation for Mrs. Thomas was held from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 13, 2023, at Johnson-Williams Funeral Home in Newbern.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Ralph “Woody” Thomas of Newbern; one son, Marty Reagor (Rebecca) of Troy; one daughter, Kim Reagor Worley (Chad) of Hornbeak; and she was “Gramma” to her five grandchildren, Robert Worley, Maggie Worley, Zach Reagor, Luke Reagor and John Reagor.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, Michael Koss and Richard Koss; and one sister, Shirley Koss Beeck.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
