John Richard Wiley

John Richard Wiley, 81, of Union City passed away Sunday, June 20, 2021, at Oakview Rehab Center in Calvert City, Ky.
Graveside services will be conducted at 3 p.m today at Obion County Memorial Gardens, with Brother Paul Adams officiating.
Pallbearers will be Mike Simmons, Jason Cooper, Travis McCloud, Ben Parker, G.G. Hicks and Ryan Storey.
He was born April 14, 1940, to the late Gilbert and Juanita Wiley. He married Ann Sanders Wiley, who preceded him in death. He was a lifetime farmer of Obion County with his grandson, Jason Miller. He was of the Baptist faith and loved hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his daughter, Debbie Miller of Union City; three stepsons, Sam Freeman of New Waverly, Texas, Mikey Freeman and his wife, June, of Luka, Miss., and Tony Chase of Welches, Ore.; two grandsons, Jason Miller and his wife, Maggie, and John Miller and his wife, Kristi, all of Hendersonville; and one nephew, Tim Cagle and his wife, Amy, of Huron.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was also preceded in death by his sister and brother-in-law, Janie and Bill Cagle; and stepson, Dickie Freeman.
