  • To Appropriate Amounts From The Hotel/Motel Tax Receipts For Fiscal Year 2025-2026, To The Obion County Industrial Development Corporation, Obion County Chamber Of Commerce, And Main Street – Union City, Inc. And To Defray The City’s Costs For Collecting The Tax And Cost Of Auditing The Taxpayers.
  • To Consider An Appropriations Ordinance for Fiscal Year 2026-2027
  • To Set The Tax Lexy On All Taxable Property Within The Corporate Limits Of The City Of Union City, Tennessee For The Fiscal Year 2026-2027 And All Following Years Until Changed By Subsequent Ordinance.

  • Consider The First Reading Of Ordinance 292-27:  An Ordinance To Appropriate Amounts From The Hotel/Motel Tax Receipts For Fiscal Year 2026-2027, To The Obion County Industrial Development Corporation, Obion County Chamber Of Commerce, And Main Street – Union City, Inc. And To Defray The City’s Costs For Collecting The Tax And Cost Of Auditing The Taxpayers.
  • Consider The First Reading Of Ordinance 293-27:  An Appropriations Ordinance For The City Of Union City, Tennessee, For Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2026, And Ending June 30, 2027
  • Consider First Reading Of Ordinance 294-27:  An Ordinance To Set The Tax Levy On All Taxable Property Within The Corporate Limits Of The City Of Union City, Tennessee, For The Fiscal Year 2026-2027 And All Following Years Until Changed By Subsequent Ordinance.

4. Consider Resolution 261-27: A Resolution to Establish a Schedule of 

     Fees and Charges for Various Municipal Services.

5. Consider Resolution 262-27: A Resolution To Approve A Revised Salary Schedule And A Revised Edition Of The Personnel Merit System For The City Of Union City, Tennessee.

6. Consider Appointing Wade Harder To The Obion County Public Library Board
