Hank Hutchison

Frank “Hank” Hutchison Jr., age 77, of Hornbeak passed away Thursday, Feb. 26, 2026, at his home surrounded by his family.
Funeral services were 3 p.m. Sunday, March 1, 2026, at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with Bro. Charles Southerland officiating. Burial followed in Cobb’s Chapel Cemetery. Visitation was from 1 p.m. until the hour of services Sunday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers were Gary and Grissom Hutchison, Jeffrey Marshall, Brad and Billy Reeves and Jeff Brown.
Mr. Hank was born in Memphis on Aug. 8, 1948, to the late Frank Hutchison Sr. and the late Lillian Edgin Hutchison. He married Susan Quinley Hutchison on Jan. 8, 1972. She preceded him in death on May 25, 2023. Upon graduating from Obion County Central High School in 1966, he was drafted into the Army where he served his country proudly in Vietnam. During his service, he received the National Defense Service Medal, the Army Commendation Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal and the Vietnam Campaign Medal. When he was honorably discharged from the military, he began his career in farming which spanned the rest of his life. Mr. Hank was a member of Walnut Log Baptist Church.
He is survived by his daughter, Amy Reeves and her husband, Brad, of Kenton; son, Gary Hutchison and his wife, Jennifer, of Union City; daughter, Beth Brown and her husband, Jeff, of Hornbeak; 10 grandchildren, Emily Basham, Billy Reeves, Courtney (Jeff) Marshall, Matt Sherrill, Grissom Hutchison, Ryleigh Riddle, Madisyn Riddle, Savannah Carr, Matt Carr and Madison Brown; 11 great-grandchildren, Emery Basham, Wyatt Basham, Lainey Basham, Rowan Marshall, Emersyn Caudle, Raider Hutch Marshall, Avery Carr, Lucas Carr, Grayson Dunn, Jackson Dunn, and Remington Dunn.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Sue George Werner.
