Ray Callahan Jr.
Rayford Hillard “Ray” Callahan Jr., 61, of Union City passed away 9:56 a.m. Friday, Oct. 3, 2025, at Tri Star Horizon Medical Center in Dickson.
Funeral services will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10, 2025, in the chapel of Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until the hour of services Friday, Oct. 10, 2025.
Ray was born Nov. 3, 1963, in Union City, son of Rayford Hillard Callahan Sr. and Thelma (Bing) Callahan of Martin. He was employed at Tyson Foods in Union City. Ray enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles and painting.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two daughters, Laken Foster and husband, Gary, and Jessica Callahan, all of Clarksville; one son, Elijah Callahan and wife, Ashley, of Martin; seven grandchildren, Cole Foster, Rosalie Alvarez and Adriana Alvarez, all of Clarksville, and Kayderai Bullion, Jayden Bullion, Zachary Callahan and Lorajoy Callahan, all of Martin; and two brothers, Robert Callahan and wife, Monica, and Bobby Callahan, all of Martin.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, David Callahan; and his grandparents, Fred and Lena Bing and Ruben and Velvet Callahan.
