Frances Haines

Mrs. Frances Haines, 85, a resident of Union City, died March 21, 2024, at the home of her granddaughter.
Graveside services were 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Sanders Chapel Cemetery. Rev. David Hagan officiated.
Pallbearers were Jacob Southerland, Tony Goodman, Josh Haines, Doug Hill, Dale Hill, and Richard Scarbrough. 
Karter Wade Southerland served as a Honorary Pallbearer.
Visitation was from 8:30 a.m. until 10 a.m. on Saturday at White-Ranson Funeral Home.
Mrs. Haines was born on March 29, 1938, in Union City, TN, to the late Charlie Carroll and Ruby (Calhoun) Davis. She was a homemaker. On January 12, 1963, she married Walter Haines Sr. He passed away March 26, 2022. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church in Union City.
Mrs. Haines is survived by two sons, Walter Haines Jr. and wife, Pam, of Kenton and Steve Haines and wife, Kara, of Loudon; a daughter, Tammy Morton-Wisnefski and husband, David, of Kenosha, WI; 4 granddaughters, Candice Haines Southerland and husband, Jacob, Shelley Haines Strauser and husband, Brain, Emily Morton and Ainsley Haines; two grandsons, Josh Haines and Jason Thompson and wife, Heather; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her three sisters, Betty Hill, Roxie Simmons and Martha Belle Davis; and four brothers, Elsie Davis, Cecil Davis, Charles Davis and Elmer Davis.
