Phyllis M. Strain, 93, of Union City died October 13, 2023, at Fulton Nursing & Rehab Center.

Graveside services will be 4 p.m. Wednesday at Obion County Memorial Gardens.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
