Bradley Hatchel

Bradley Allen Hatchel, 42, of Martin, died Friday, Sept. 29, 2023, at his home. Graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday with Bro. Jim Calhoun officiating at East Side Cemetery in Martin with Murphy Funeral Home of Martin in charge of the arrangements. Burial to follow. Friends may assemble at the cemetery at 12:45 p.m. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Roger Weathers, Kerry Weathers, Joshua Harper, Matt Benjamin, Tyler Bush and John Cruse. Bradley formerly worked at Nashville Wire Company and was a member of Dresden First United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Christy Baldwin Hatchel of Martin; two sons, Braylen Allen and Bryce Ayden Hatchel, both of Martin; his parents Michael Allen and Linda Harper Hatchel of Martin; two sisters, Lindsey (Matt) Benjamin and Shelby Hatchel, both of Martin; and his grandfather, Roy Harper of Dresden. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Billy and Carrie Hatchel, and Fusae Harper; and uncles, Gary Hatchel, and Dan Harper. Online tributes may be left at murphyfuneralhome.net.
