Billy Revell

Mr. Billy C. Revell, 90, of Union City passed away 3:25 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, 2023, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

Graveside services were conducted 2 p.m. Sunday at Rosehill Cemetery in Obion. Brother Tommy Roper and Brother Terry English officiated.

There was no visitation and friends were asked to meet at the cemetery for the service.

Edmaiston Mosley Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Billy was born June 19, 1933, in Elbridge, son of the late Guy and Flossie (Wilson) Revell. He married Wilma Dean (Christian) Revell Dec. 24, 1954. She passed away March 9, 2020. He retired from the former Reelfoot Packing Company as a truck driver.

He is survived by three sons, Tim Revell (Debra) of Bentonville, Ark., Donnie Revell (Mona) of Union City and Bill Revell (Carol) of Dyersburg; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Tammie Griffin; his grandson, Joshua L. Griffin; and several brothers and sisters.
