Barbara Clark

Ms. Barbara Jean Clark, age 73, formerly of Martin died Thursday, September 14, 2023, at Lapeer County Medical Care Center in Lapeer, Michigan. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time. Ms. Clark is survived by her daughter, Jeanna Johns of Ray, MI; her son, Christopher (Jennifer) Clark of Otter Lake, MI; brothers, Larry Lowry of Martin, David Higgs and Charles Higgs both of Tennessee; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Before retirement she was a manager for an Independent Medical Examiner’s Office. She attended Zion Christian Church in Troy, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents, Larry Lowry and Dorothy White Higgs; two sisters, Dorothy Phillips and Martha Higgs.
