Frieda Pritchard

Mrs. Frieda Pritchard, 89, of Mayfield, Ky., passed away Aug. 7, 2023, at 12:08 a.m. at The Waters of Union City.
She was a homemaker and a member of Sharon Baptist Church.
She is survived by two sons, Cody (Melissa) Pritchard of Union City and Tim (Kelly) Pritchard of West Paducah, Ky.; a daughter, Marlene (Brad) Crowder of Viola, Ky.; a sister, Maxine Lamb of Mayfield; her grandchildren, Jeremy Pritchard, Joshua Pritchard, Nicholas Crowder, Brian Crowder, Mary Beth Martin, Ivy Wiley, Lucas Pritchard, Chloe Pritchard and Lydia Pritchard; and 12 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse E. Pritchard; her parents, Bradley Reed and Ruby Whitt; a son, Dennis Pritchard; three sisters, Dorothy West, Molly Clapp and infant sister Josephine Pritchard; and a brother, Mose Reed.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, with her son, Bro. Cody Pritchard, officiating. Burial will follow in Sharon Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Tim Pritchard, Brad Crowder, Jeremy Pritchard, Joshua Pritchard, Lucas Pritchard, Brian Crowder and Nicholas Crowder will serve as pallbearers.
