Jan Polsgrove

Mrs. Janice “Jan” Ann King Polsgrove, age 65, of South Fulton passed away Sunday, June 4, 2023, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City.
She was born on Dec. 17, 1957, in Fulton to the late Edward King and Lucille Killebrew King.
Jan was of the Baptist faith and had worked as a seamstress at the former Henry I. Siegel and also Glen Contractors in Fulton.
She is survived by her husband, James “Jimmy” Richard Polsgrove, whom she married Jan. 6, 1984; his children, Cory (Trish) Polsgrove of Fulgham, Ky., and Joy Rose of Fulgham; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Joyce Jones of McConnell; two nieces, Jennifer (Joey) Hannon of McConnell and Melissa Jones of McConnell; five great-nieces and nephews; and a special great-great-nephew.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Brian Polsgrove; and a brother-in-law, Mike Jones.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 8, 2023, in Hornbeak Funeral Chapel, with burial to follow in the Obion County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11 a.m. Thursday until the hour of service.
Pallbearers will be Daniel King, Nathan Roberts, Jessie Hamlin, Jordan Brown, Derrick Giffin and Zack Hannon. Honorary pallbearers will be Eddie King, Joey Hannon, Hoyt Giffin and Chuck Roberts.
