Tommy McLeary
Tommy “Goober” McLeary, age 71, of Fulton passed away Monday, March 13, 2023, at his home.
Funeral services were at White-Ranson Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 18, 2023, with Bro. Tommy Stewart officiating. Burial followed in East View Cemetery. Visitation was Saturday beginning at 9 a.m. and running until the time of service at the funeral home.
Pallbearers were Ian and Wyatt McLeary, Brian Dunn, Harold Crittendon, Dylan Ruddle, Shannon Boyd and Shane and Shawn Walton.
Mr. Tommy was born in Union City on Sept. 13, 1951, to the late Gerald “Gashouse” McLeary and the late Ruby Wilkes McLeary. He married Cathy Crittendon McLeary on Oct. 14, 1995. She survives. He was the owner of McLeary Country Kennels. Tommy was also a member of Liberty Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife, Cathy, Mr. Tommy is survived by his son, Chris McLeary and his wife, Shannon, of Fancy Farm, Ky.; four grandchildren, Ian, Wyatt, Clayton and Lola McLeary; sister, Patricia Dunn and her husband, Jerry, of Bartlett; brother, Jerry McLeary and his wife, Vicki, of South Fulton; his mother-in-law, Janice Crittendon; and his brother-in-law, Harold Crittendon and his wife, Cathy, all of South Fulton.
