Palmersville man charged with two counts of sexual battery

On Feb. 23, 31-year-old Shawn Eaton from Palmersville, without consent of the juvenile victim, touched a 16-year-old inappropriately. After being mirandized, Eaton admitted to touching the juvenile during an interview.

The juvenile disclosed a second occurrence of unknown date when the victim was 15 years old.

Both incidents occurred late at night.

Eaton has been charged with sexual battery x2 and his hearing will be on March 29 at 8:30 a.m.
