Palmersville man charged with two counts of sexual battery
On Feb. 23, 31-year-old Shawn Eaton from Palmersville, without consent of the juvenile victim, touched a 16-year-old inappropriately. After being mirandized, Eaton admitted to touching the juvenile during an interview. The juvenile disclosed a second occurrence of unknown date when the victim was 15 years old.
