Patsy Beale

Mrs. Patsy Ann Beale, age 83, of Martin passed away Monday, Dec. 26, 2022, at the AHC-Union City. Funeral services were held at noon Saturday in Hornbeak Funeral Chapel with burial in the New Hope Cemetery. Patsy was born on July 29, 1939 in Weakley County, to the late Mike Nanney and Mary Taylor Nanney. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Martin and was a tax preparer of H&R Block for 24 years. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and a member of The Pilot Club. Patsy enjoyed helping with the Meals on Wheels of Martin. She is survived by two daughters, Julie (Jimmy) Callis and Bonnie (Tony Burton) Beale, both of Martin; two grandchildren, Justin (Lisa) Callis and Jada Cunningham, both of Knoxville; two great-grandchildren, Nellie Cunningham and Olson Callis. both of Knoxville; and a sister, Paula Bell of Martin. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Hobart Beale; a brother; and two sisters.
