Gleason woman arrested for possession of meth
On Dec. 20 at 7:34 p.m. Patrolman Joseph Bates with Gleason Police Department initiated a traffic stop on a red Nissan Altima for speeding 70mph in a 55mph zone.
Upon checking the license status for the driver, 25-year-old Sierra Terry, it was found to be revoked for a DUI on Dec. 28, 2018, out of Dyersburg City Court. Terry was also had another conviction for DUI out of Georgia on Sep. 25, 2019.
Consent to search the vehicle was given and Terry’s purse had a five-dollar rolled up bill that had a crystal-like substance on it that tested positive for methamphetamine. The exact amount inside the purse was unknown.
A used hypodermic needle was recovered next to the passenger seat and center console area. Terry was placed under arrest and charged with driving on a revoked license, speeding, possession of schedule II and drug paraphernalia.

Sad case. I hope that she doesn’t have children that have been effected by her terrible choices.
This drug problem is absolutely ridiculous. Prayers for All. Whether involved or being destroyed of others use of drugs!!!
At least two DUIs AND a meth arrest. Glad they are off the streets at least for now.
