Linda Carson

There will be a memorial celebration Wednesday from 5-9 p.m. at The Moran House in Dresden, with friends and loved ones invited to come and go or remain throughout the hours that will be devoted to sharing memories. Dress will be casual.
Ms. Carson’s concern for others is reflected in her request that, rather than purchasing arrangements or gifts in her memory, friends direct those funds to her family. They will select a charity or cause and forward all donations, so that her compassion for others will continue to be honored.
She was born Jan. 4, 1963, and was a 17-year employee of Kountry Korner in Dresden.
She was a talented artist with a heart and soul of gold and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her and especially by her loved ones who survive. Those include her parents; her daughter, Laura Grisham of Nashville; her fiancé, Tim Walden of Dresden; her sister, Peggy Hoffman of Bartlett; and three brothers, Kenneth Marvin of Dyer and Dale Marvin and Danny Marvin, both of Kenton.
