Dot Moore

Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Troy First Baptist Church, with Dr. Vann Kissell officiating. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery at Hornbeak, with friends and family serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the hour of services at the church.
White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
The family requests that memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
She was born Jan. 4, 1928, in Kennett, Mo., daughter of the late Lloyd and Mattie (Hampton) Jarrett. She married U.A. Moore Jan. 11, 1946. He died Oct. 7, 2004.
She was a retired secretary for the Meeman-Shelby Forest State Park and was a member of Troy First Baptist Church. She was also a member of Troy Chapter 432 Order of the Eastern Star and the West Tennessee Republican Party.
She is survived by two sons, Jerry Don Moore of Oakland and Lloyd Moore of Hornbeak; four grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
