GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY — Mr. and Mrs. Garry Turbeville of Pilot Oak, Ky., will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary June 30 from 2-4 p.m. at the Cuba (Ky.) Church of Christ fellowship hall. The event is being hosted by their family. Family and friends are invited to attend. He married the former Martha Redden June 28, 1963, at the bride’s home in Cuba, with Donald Hall officiating. Their attendants were Deanie Coltharp Seay of Graves County and Coy Deweese of Ohio. Mrs. Turbeville is the daughter of the late Alton and Mozelle Holloway Redden. She worked at State Farm Insurance, Fulton Bank and Dukedom Bank. She is retired. Turbeville is the son of the late Thomas and Vera Glover Turbeville. He is retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. They have three children and a son-in-law, Shawn Turbeville, Lori and Allen Goodwin and Carrie Mathis, all of Graves County, Ky. They have three grandchildren. The couple requests no gifts.

    Gary & Martha, I’m sadden to hear of the death of your brother. Jimmy and I spent many hours just hanging out. I would of love to have visited. There’s times in our life, when we can’t do what we wanted to do. God Bless all of you..
