Jesse Morgan Livingston, 89, of Troy passed away 9:02 p.m. Thursday, March 21, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City. Funeral services were held 3 p.m. Sunday at New Ebenezer Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Dr. Melvin Poe officiated. Burial followed in New Ebenezer Cemetery with military honors.
