J.A. Ransom, 86, of Union City passed away Thursday, Feb. 18, 2021, at Union City Nursing and Rehab. He was born Oct.. 17, 1934, in Obion County to the late L.J. and Pauline Vinson Ransom. He married Dorris Hoffman Ransom on April 15, 1953. She preceded him in death. Graveside services were held 11 a.m.…
