Richard Smythe Buckelew Sr., 75, of Fulton, Ky., died Monday, Aug. 31, 2015 at his residence. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Murphy Funeral Home Chapel in Martin.

Charles Dewey “Sonny” Whitlow, 76, formerly of Martin, died Friday, Aug. 28, 2015 in South Carolina. Funeral arrangements are incomplete at press time.

Mrs. Dorothy Brundige, age 93, of the Ruthville Community died Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015 at the Weakley County Nursing Home in Dresden. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton, Ky. 

Elizabeth Ann Welch, 78, of Franklin died Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2015 at Williamson Medical Center. Services were held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Williams Funeral Home of Sharon.

Norris Nelson Newton, 87, of Martin died Sunday, Aug. 30, 2015 at Martin Health Care. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Murphy Funeral Home in Martin

William Edward Morris, 86, of Dresden, died Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2015. Services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Williams Funeral Home of Gleason.
