1. State Route 21 and U.S. Hwy 51 from OTR-2 (Old Town Residential) to B-1 (Local Business)
2. 713 Perkins Street from B-M (Business-Manufacturing) to OTR-2 (Old Town Residential)
3. 720 East Reelfoot Avenue from OTR-1 (Old Town Residential) to B-2 (Intermediate Business)

- Consider First Reading Of Ordinance #296-27: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF UNION CITY, TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 713 PERKINS STREET (TAX MAP 48M, GROUP P, PARCEL 9.00) FROM B-M (BUSINESS-MANUFACTURING) TO OTR-2 (OLD TOWN RESIDENTIAL). THE PROPERTY IS OWNED BY HOPKINS RENTALS.
- Consider First Reading Of Ordinance #296-27: AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF UNION CITY, TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 720 EAST REELFOOT AVENUE FROM OTR-1 (OLD TOWN RESIDENTIAL) TO B-2 (INTERMEDIATE BUSINESS).
