Vicky Anne Lee, age 65, of Union City passed away Monday, March 3, 2025, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of cremation arrangements. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Vicky was born in Michigan City, Ind., on Jan. 23, 1960, to the late Charles and Anne Higgins. She married Mr. George Lee in March 2012. He survives. She was a seamstress until she retired in 2022. She loved yard work and making her yard look the absolute best. Mrs. Vicky loved drawing and was an all around skillful, cheerful and loving woman. She instilled into her children to love life and always have fun.
Along with her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Melissa Morrison of Union City; two sons, Stephen Workman of Colorado Springs, Colo., and T.J. Workman of El Paso, Texas; seven grandchildren, Desmond Workman, Gabriela Workman and Luisa LopezGarcia, Tabitha and Logan Watkins and Tara and Tidus Perry; three great-grandchildren; one brother, Rick Higgins; two sisters, Jeannie Haggard and Debbie Wilson; and her beloved chihuahua, Hercules.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Tabitha Anne Workman; and two sisters, Kim Plunk and Donna Higgins.
