Charles Hall Sr.

Charles Joseph Hall Sr., 83, a resident of Union City, died March 22, 2023, at his residence.
White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of cremation services.
Mr. Hall was born on Dec. 24, 1939, in Saint Louis, Mo., to the late Charles Alvin and Corda (Riley) Hall. On July 19, 1964, he married Barbara Walker. She preceded him on Feb. 15, 2021. He worked as a technician for Lowrance Sound Company for several years and then Wood Communications until his retirement.
Mr. Hall is survived by two daughters, Tracey Glover and husband, Carl, of Union City and Billie McRight of Union City; three sons, Wesley Leniger and wife, Mary, of California, Charles Hall Jr. and wife, Carlene, of Union City and Michael Robert Hall of Union City; five granddaughters, Letha Virden, Whitney Grissom, Ashley McRight, Brittany Hall and Nicole Hall; grandson; CJ Hall; two great-grandsons, Austin Virden and Kelan Roberson; three great-granddaughters, Lillie Virden, Nova Dumas and Corda Hall; great-great-granddaughter, Lydia Virden; and his sister, Jessie Scott.
He was also preceded in death by his sister, Jerri Bargail.
