Weakley County Grand Jury hands down indictments

The January 2023 term of the Weakley County Grandy Jury handed down 51 indictments in Weakley County Circuit Court. Among those indicted, 9 of those had names that were blacked out because they have not been picked up yet.

Indictments filed in Weakley County Circuit Court, along with noted bond amounts, included:

Barbara Pauline Adkins: aggravated burglary, vandalism, criminal trespass.

Travis Wesley Bearden: aggravated assault, domestic assault.

Katelyn Gabriel Black: aggravated statutory rape.

Ashley Marie Brown: second degree murder, aggravated assault x2, employ firearm during dangerous felony.

Terry Lynn Burkett: child endangerment x2, aggravated child abuse x4.

Bryan Tracy Campbell: aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of meth with intent, simple possession, unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Brandon E. Daily: theft of services, possession of controlled substance with intent, possession of meth with intent, unlawful carry or possession of a weapon, possession of a firearm during dangerous felony, unlawful drug paraphernalia, contraband penal institution, simple possession.

Bethany M Daily: theft of services, possession of controlled substance with intent, possession of meth with intent, unlawful carry or possession of a weapon, possession of a firearm during dangerous felony, unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Stacy N Daniels: theft of property.

Dallas Tyrone Davis: unlawful possession of a weapon, evading arrest.

Paul Pendrell Davis: aggravated burglary, assault x2, indecent exposure.

Jamie Lynn Delcourt: financial exploitation of elderly adult, theft, fraud use of debit card, forgery x10.

Nayomi M Garner: child neglect/endanger, facilitating aggravated statutory rape.

Stephen L. Hilt: felony domestic assault.

William Anthony King: criminal attempt to commit first degree murder x2, unlawful possession of a weapon, aggravated assault x2, aggravated burglary, evading arrest, resist arrest, aggravated criminal trespass.

James Dewayne Lannom: aggravated burglary, theft of property, vandalism, simple possession x2.

Jeremy Lee Loraine: violation of TN sex offender registry, verification and tracking act of 2004.

Brandy Renee Miller: possession of meth with intent, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Timothy Blake Miller: aggravated burglary, theft of property, aggravated burglary, vandalism, theft of property, simple possession, unlawful drug paraphernalia.
