DeSean Hart indicted on six counts of sale and deliver of schedule II narcotics
On Nov. 24, 2021, in Weakley County and before the finding of the indictment, DeSean Hart did unlawfully, feloniously and knowingly sell and deliver fentanyl, a schedule II-controlled substance, to a confidential informant working with the Weakley County Sheriff’s Department, a class C felony.
On the date of March 16, 2022, Hart did unlawfully, feloniously and knowingly sell and deliver fentanyl, a schedule II-controlled substance, to a confidential informant working with the Weakley County Sheriff’s Department, a class C felony.
On the date of April 7, 2022, Hart did unlawfully, feloniously and knowingly sell and deliver fentanyl, a schedule II-controlled substance, to a confidential informant working with the Weakley County Sheriff’s Department, a class C felony.
A Capias/Bench warrant was served on Hart on Jan. 8 and Hart was on the docket for circuit court Jan. 10 for his arraignment.
Hart is facing three counts of sale of a controlled substance and three counts of deliver of a controlled substance.
Hart is currently held at the Weakley County Jail.
