ROYAL TREATMENT
ROYAL TREATMENT — Eighteen-year-old Sarah Crowell (center) of Union City, escorted by her big brother, James Crowell, smiles up at volunteer Julie Huggins of Union City as she is crowned as one of several queens at the conclusion of Friday night’s Kings and Queens Prom at the Refuge Church, which meets at the Obion County Fairgrounds. The church hosts the event annually for people with special needs to give them a full prom experience, complete with dinner, dancing, limousine rides, photos and every participant being crowned a king or queen at night’s end. Sarah and James, a 19-year-old college freshman, are the children of Billy and Colvine Crowell of Union City.
