Hazel Morris, 81, of Fulton died Dec. 20, 2021, at Clinton Place.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at Greater Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Greenlea Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from noon until the hour of services Monday at the church.
Rawls Funeral Home in South Fulton is in charge of arrangements.
