CHECKING IN — Fresh off an SEC championship game win against the former undefeated and No. 1 Georgia Bulldogs, Alabama football coach Nick Saban (left) flew into Everett-Stewart Regional Airport, where he was greeted by interim general manager Jim Bondurant. Saban was in the area to wrap up his recruitment of Westview High School’s five-star quarterback, Ty Simpson, who just won a state championship, as well as earned Mr. Football and Tennessee Gatorade Player of the Year honors.
