Leslie McElhiney

Leslie Daniel (Danny) McElhiney, age 70, of Martin, died Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021, at St Thomas Hospital West, Nashville. Funeral services will be private. Pallbearers will be Doug Sims, Joel Ayers, Raines Ayers, Randy Frazier, Robert Jeter, Bryan Rich, Tootie Abernathy. McElhiney was retired salesman for Abernathy Harley-Davidson, Union City and a member of First United Methodist Church of Gleason. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Wade McElhiney of Martin; his daughters, Kellie (Doug) Sims of Martin and Ashley (Joel) Ayers of Jackson; his five grandchildren, Jacey Sims, McCall Sims, Haylen Ayers, Raines Ayers and Jentri Ayers; and a brother, Jerry (Pam) McElhiney of Gleason.
