PLACE OF PROVIDENCE — Chaplain Michael Dennison, director of Pastoral Care at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City, and Jill Hopper, a registered nurse who serves as chief quality officer, admired the hospital’s newly-renovated chapel following a dedication service last week. The first-floor chapel received its first official name as Providence Chapel, dedicated in honor of all essential workers and in memory of those lost to COVID-19. Visitors toured the chapel as gospel singer CeCe Winans’ live version of “Goodness Of God” played on the screen in the background.
