LIBRARY GETS GRANT — Tennessee Secretary of State Tre Hargett (from right) handed a $22,500 ceremonial check to Obion County Public Library director Carolina Conner and assistant director Beth Micke Friday morning. The construction grant will be used to expand the size of the teacher resource room.
