Charles Todd
Mr. Charles Garth Todd, 77, a resident of Waynesboro, TN, died June 6, 2026, at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville.
Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday, June 11, 2026, at East View Cemetery. His son, Hunter; his brother, Terry; and nephew, Braydon, will be conducting the service.
White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Todd was born on April 29, 1949, in Union City to the late Leonard Todd and the late Barbara (Garth) Williams.
He worked for the Tennessee Film and Music Commission.
He was a Freemason.
The family requests memorials be sent to: Putnam County Animal Shelter.
Mr. Todd is survived by a son, Hunter (Kristyn) Todd; grandchildren, Willa and Lila Todd; sisters, Tracy (Brad) Boucher and Jackie Woodruff; brother, Terry (Cindy) Todd; sister-in-law, Sherry Whaley; nephews, Blake Todd, Braydon (Carleigh) Boucher, Cody Gobbell, Garth (Amy) Gobbell, Tyler and Sean Woodruff, Austin Todd, Morgan Todd, Josh Whaley and Brandon Whaley; nieces, Braylee (RJ) Edgar, Lacey Cheatham and Brooke (HB) Dodd; great-nieces, Selah Boucher, Ava Edgar, Carolyn Gobbell and Hallie Dodd; and great-nephews, Shepherd Boucher, Griffin Dodd and Hunter Gobbell.
He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, Hiram Leonard and Allean Todd and T.B. and Gladys Garth; sister, Carol Anne Gobbell; brothers, Mike Todd and James Whaley; nephew, Adrian Woodruff; and his furry best friend, Jax.
